In the context of the exhibition My East Is Your West uniting for the first time at the 56th Venice Biennale the historically conflicting nations of India and Pakistan, What About Art? has supported the production in Lahore of the piece “Asl-e-Shuhuud-o-shaahid-mashhhuud” ("The viewing, the viewer and the viewed"). Visitors of the exhibition in Venice and those of a mirrored room in Lahore could see each other in real time, and interact.
